Can you visit my works to service/ repair / trouble-shoot my pump installation? We do not offer on-site service as a normal part of our business.  Whether or not we supplied the pump(s) to you in the first place, we will offer you what assistance we can, depending on the type of pump(s), the distance, and the time available.  We normally make a charge for site visits.
